To whom it may concern.

Away2xplore arranged my job working for Rainbow Valley Rides Inc for the past two seasons.

My time at the company has been nothing short of amazing.  Everything about the company is awesome. The owners and bosses go out of there way to make sure everyone is having fun as well as working hard and enjoying there time in the USA.  It is a strict work environment but it is very fun as well.  Where everybody knows when its time for work and then time for play, But we always have fun while we work because they are a firm believer that having fun while you work makes the job at hand so much easier.

There motto says "Not the Biggest, But the best." that is so true at RVR.  I have worked at a different and much bigger amusement company in the past and decided to switch over to RVR in 2013 and I have not been happier. Here at RVR you are not just a number but you become part of a Family.  The bosses work with us hand in hand and teach as they go.

You do get rewarded a long the line when everyone does there part and shows go up or down faster and faster.  At one stage this past season we had set up and it took us a few hours to set everything up and have everything ready for operation, after all was done Chip (owner) told all of us to go shower ect and report back at the Bumper cars at 4 pm. We all did that and about 30 min after 4 he showed up in his pick up with his Wife and bought beers and Pizza for all of us to say thank you for everything so far and to get to know everybody.

I  would recommend Away2xplore to anybody that wants to have an amazing working experience in America and I cant wait to be back in Wisconsin next year for my 3rd exciting season at the best company in the US.
